More Instructions for Payment Using PayPal
When you click the pay here button, you will go to a secure payment form on the PayPal server. It should look like this:

Fill in the amount you are going to pay. If you don't have a PayPal account (most of those registering won't have an account), choose the option on the left by clicking "secure checkout." Follow the instructions. You will receive an email confirming your payment.
